Second British Fencing Awards hosted at the University of Nottingham 

The second British Fencing Awards ceremony took place last night during the Cadet & Junior Championships at the University of Nottingham.  A packed out audience, full of the good and the great of the sport – athletes, coaches, referees, volunteers, parents and administrators – enjoyed an evening during which fifteen awards were presented.

British Fencing is grateful to the fantastic sponsors of the awards and to everyone that came and supported the event.  Congratulations also goes to the winners of the awards who are listed below:

During the evening a special toast was made to celebrate Patricia Aiyenuro who had recently been awarded the British Empire Medal in the Queen’s Birthday Honours.
