ACCOMMODATION
Rija Hotel Tia
Bed, Breakfast and Taxes are paid for by BF all other expenses at the hotel will need to be paid for by the individual. Friday and Saturday nights are booked by BF.
Personal coaches can stay at the hotel but will need to book their own room. Parents are not to stay at the hotel.
ENTRY POINT
The entry point is at the accommodation between 17:00-19:00 on Friday night after this the team will go to weapons check as a group. This may change depending on flight times.
Important Information
All selections are subject to possession of a British passport/certificate of British Citizenship.
Please ensure you have a current FIE Licence. You can apply for a licence through your membership on Sport80.
Fencers must confirm the selection by following the instructions in the selection email including making any payment due. Athletes who have not made payments will not be confirmed.
Please note all places must be accepted and paid for within 48 hours of notification from the BF membership platform (Sport80) unless notified otherwise.
Parents must make appropriate travel arrangements for U18s. Under no circumstances is an athlete in the group to take/be given welfare responsibility for another athlete in the group.
All coaches, including personal coaches, must be on the BF Coaching Register. Personal Coaches must also complete the following form to be accredited as part of the squad.
All BF Codes of Conduct apply to athletes, parents, coaches and officials and attention are drawn in particular to the Code of Conduct for Youth Events.

Please ensure that you have your Athlete Development Profile available and shared with the ADP Lead Coach in advance for the purposes of that discussion.
