Entry process and details for the 2024 British Senior Championships, ‘The Nationals’, taking place on the 27th-28th April 2024 at the EIS Sheffield.
Eligibility and Membership Level: The British Senior Championships will be open only to those holding British nationality, including those holding multiple nationalities, provided the fencer does not hold an FIE licence issued for a country other than Great Britain. Ranking Information: The British Senior Championships is a Senior and Junior Ranking Event. Senior Ranking Multiplier – 600, Junior Ranking Multiplier – 300.
As with the 2023 event, entry limits will be in place. These entry limits have been calculated based on previous years’ entry figures, and demand based on Senior Ranking Lists.
75% of places of the total entry limit will be reserved for the top eligible fencers based on the British Fencing Senior Rankings, as taken on 1st March 2024.
After the entry period for the top eligible fencers to take their place, the remaining places will open for open entry until the entry closing date, or the event reaching its entry limit.
