Fencing coaches needed for daytime and evening coaching East London (Waltham Forest/Tower Hamlets/Newham)

As one of its pilot projects British Fencing have been working in East London with Newham Swords Fencing Club, London Sport and other partners to grow fencing opportunities in East London.  A satellite club has successfully started in Waltham Forest with the support of Newham Swords and we are now looking for a coach who is interested in taking the Waltham Forest club forward, developing it as a stand-alone club in its own right.  Opportunities are also available for day time and evening coaching work in both school and community settings in Tower Hamlets and Newham as well as at Newham Sword Fencing Club.  We are interested in hearing from coaches with Level 1 qualification or above, though opportunities are also available for Go/Fence Instructors with previous experience of running sessions.  Please contact Linda Strachan on 07956 618898 or [email protected] for further information.
