Bath Sword Club, on behalf of South West Fencing England, invite you to enter a team for EXCALIBUR 2015 to be held on April 25^th & 26th 2015. It will be held in the Founders Hall at Bath University. As per last years format the competition is open to ten counties only.

A team consists of at least eighteen fencers: three at each weapon: Mens Foil, Womens Foil, Mens Epee, Womens Epee, Mens Sabre and Womens Sabre. Professionals may fence as team members.To be eligible for a County Team fencer must live within or be a member of a Club within the County.

FENCERS MAY ONLY TAKE PART IN ONE WEAPON.

Each County must provide three sets of electrical scoring apparatus. Battery boxes appreciated. Each piece of equipment should be clearly MARKED with the County name. In order to provide a neutral referee for all matches, each county must provide referees for each weapon.

The entry fee is £350 per County. (This is still less per head than an entry fee to an Open for two days fencing) Please also include a separate cheque for £30 which will be refunded if three sets of equipment marked with your county name are presented to Control 30 minutes before check in time. 

Please make cheques payable to Bath Sword Club and post with contact details for your county captain to, 6 Southbourne Gardens, Bath BA1 6LZ.  Please send your entry by 29th March 2015 at the latest

In the event of more than ten entries being received a draw will be made. No entry received after the closing date will go into the draw.
