BRITISH SCHOOL TEAM CHAMPIONSHIPS 2025: COMPETITION STRUCTURE

New competition structure announced for British School Team Championships 2025.

A new competition structure will see schools qualify for the British School Team Championships 2025 finals event through their Home Nation.

The British School Team Championships Finals will take place 8-9th March 2025 at the Leon Paul Centre, London.

The qualification process will vary for each Home Nation. Schools looking to enter teams for the competition must contact their relevant Home Nation using the contact details below.

Schools must submit their expression of interest to their Home Nation by 10th January 2025. 

Format for British School Team Championship Finals 2025

• All referees will be provided by the event.
• There will be up to 6 teams in each weapon/age group. Teams qualify through their Home Nation.
• Female and Male/Mixed Gender Categories for each weapon. Participants may fence one age group up if required to compete a team.
• Competition Format – 2 poules of 3 teams, with fencing off for places (1v2, 3v4,5v6). This means every team attending will get three matches.

*U11 (01/09/2013 – 31/08/2016) can enter U13 as participants can fence one age group up
