BF is recruiting for a Performance Athlete Support Coordinator.
About the Role
The purpose of this role is to support the delivery of performance athlete plans in line with the overarching British Fencing GBR Pathway Performance Programme.
This role is an excellent opportunity for an individual who wants to take a lead role in coordinating and implementing performance processes to support performance athletes, coaches and staff and contribute to the future Olympic and Paralympic success of fencing.
The successful candidate will have exceptional administrative skills and the ability to engage and support a diverse group of high performance athletes and coaches.
With a positive can-do attitude they will be passionate about helping others to achieve success and they will thrive as part of a small dynamic team.
