British Fencing is pleased to announce that following the completion of the 2019 EFC circuit 2 more GBR Referee Pathway Program referees; Noah and Seth Blackmore have been awarded the EFC C-grade category. They will hopefully be joining Kola Ayanwale and Chiara McDermott in sitting their FIE exams in Tauber in October.
The EFC C-Grade is awarded after being observed at a minimum of 3 EFC nominated competitions and is the first step towards being put forward to sit the FIE exam.
The current C Grade referees are:
Noah Blackmore – Epee
Seth Blackmore – Epee
Kola Ayanwale – Epee
Chiara McDermott – Epee
Alex Savin – Foil
Mihai Rascu – Foil
The next FIE exams will be held in Tauber, Germany (7-10 October 2019)
