Algiers Senior Women’s Foil World Cup
There were three British fencers in the field of one hundred and thirty-five in Sabac at the weekend but Chiara McDermott had to withdraw through illness. Kate Beardmore achieved the best result by making the second preliminary knockout fight.

Padua Senior Men’s Sabre World Cup
The field of two hundred and twelve fencers included eleven from Great Britain. Will Deary got the best results by making the round of 64.
Deary was joined by James Honeybone, Curtis Miller and Jonathan Webb to represent Britain in the team event where they finish in the round of 16.

Bratislava Senior Women’s Epee Satellite
A field of one hundred and twenty-nine fencers at this event included six from Great Britain. Victoria got the best result by making the round of 16.

Bratislava Junior Women’s Epee World Cup
One hundred and eighty-six fencers took part in this event, including nine from Great Britain. Laura Sheffield achieved the best result by making the round of 64.
Sheffield was joined by Danielle Lawson, Bethan Plant and Alexandra Powell in the team event which included sixteen other countries. They made the round of 8.

Sabac Junior Men’s Epee World Cup
There were nine British fencers in the field of two hundred and twenty-six at this event. Matthew Cooper and James Russell achieved the best results by making the round of 64.
Cooper was joined by Antoine Belot and George Morris to represent Great Britain in the team event in a field of twenty-three. They were eliminated in the round of 32.
