The hotel will be booked for the competition nights by BF – further information will be in your invite email. Personal coaches can stay at the hotel but will need to book their own room. Parents are not to stay at the hotel.

ENTRY POINT
The entry point is at the accommodation between 17:00-19:00 on Friday night after this the team will go to weapons check as a group. This may vary depending on event and weapons check please check the reglement. The team Manager will confirm entry point time.
Important Information
All selections are subject to possession of a British passport/certificate of British Citizenship.
Please ensure you have a current FIE Licence. You can apply for a licence through your membership on Sport80.
Fencers must confirm the selection by following the instructions in the selection email including making any payment due. Athletes who have not made payments will not be confirmed.
Please note all places must be accepted and paid for within 48 hours of notification from the BF membership platform (Sport80) unless notified otherwise.
Parents must make appropriate travel arrangements for U18s. Under no circumstances is an athlete in the group to take/be given welfare responsibility for another athlete in the group.
All coaches, including personal coaches, must be on the BF Coaching Register. Personal Coaches must also complete the following form to be accredited as part of the squad.
All BF Codes of Conduct apply to athletes, parents, coaches and officials and attention are drawn in particular to the Code of Conduct for Youth Events.

If you have any queries regarding how the selection is made please ensure you have carefully read the selection policy that can be found here. This policy will also help you understand who you need to contact in the event you think there has been an error in rankings or applying the policy.
If you have any queries regarding why you have not been selected for a discretionary place you should speak to the ADP Lead Coach in your weapon. Please ensure that you have your Athlete Development Profile available and shared with the ADP Lead Coach in advance for the purposes of that discussion.
