The BF Rules App has now been updated with the decisions of the 2019 FIE Congress. Unless otherwise stated all rules take effect on January 1st 2020.

If you already have a version of the App installed, all you need to do is click on the red exclamation mark that will appear on the app main screen on the Download Rulebooks icon to download the latest files.
