It is with great sadness that British Fencing announces the death of Gillian Donaldson (née Sheen) MBE, Olympic gold medallist and seven times British National Champion.
Gillian died at her home in Auburn, New York, on July 5th surrounded by her family. She was 92.
On behalf of the fencing community, we extend our deepest sympathies to Gillian’s family at this time.
