Oliver Lam-Watson is a Paralympic medallist, Creator, and advocate for disability inclusivity. A Paralympics GB wheelchair fencer, in 2021 Oliver won bronze in the Men’s Team Epee and silver in the Men’s Team Foil at the 2020 Paralympic Games in Tokyo. He also won a bronze in the Men’s Team Epee, and silver in the Men’s Team Foil at the 2024 Paralympic Games in Paris.
Oliver decided to pursue fencing after researching the sport online.
Oliver spent six years studying architecture where he realised he wanted to dedicate his time to social change around disability inclusion.
Outside of fencing, he is an advocate for mental health. He also enjoys skateboarding, photography and travelling.
He has also built quite an audience on social media, where he has a combined following of 50,000 across TikTok and Instagram page. This content gives an insight into his everyday life.
