FINAL CALL: MAKE YOUR NOMINATIONS FOR THE BF AWARDS 2021-22

Nominations for the British Fencing Community Awards 2021-22 will close on Friday 6th January 2023.

The annual British Fencing Community Awards recognise the best of our clubs, coaches, fencers, and volunteers and their contribution to fencing.

BF members (all membership types) can nominate members of the community via the online nomination form. From the nominations, a shortlist of nominees will be produced and announced online. An independent panel will then select the winners of the BF Awards 2021-2022.

Please read the criteria laid out for each award in advance, you will be required write comments along with the nomination in order to give a full picture of each nominee.

The Award categories for the 2021-2022 Awards are:

• Performance Athlete of the Year
• Young Athlete of the Year (Junior/u20)
• GBR Coach of the Year
• Community Coach of the Year
• Outstanding Contribution by a Referee
• Outstanding Contribution by a Volunteer
• Club of the Year
• Community Club of the Year
• University Club of the Year
• Fencing Personality of the Year
• Viveca Abrahams Memorial Innovation Award
• Lifetime Achievement Award

The closing date for nomination is Friday 6th January 2023 at 5pm.
