(Candidates enrolled on the Coaching course will receive British Fencing Coach registration and Course Manual. Certificates will not be issued until all registration requires have been met. For more information on the registration requirements please click here).

Entry Level Requirement. 1 year fencing experience. If you have been teaching GO/FENCE or are a FALA and would like to make a transition to metal fencing, please discuss this with the course tutor prior to application.

Please note that candidates under the age of 18 will not be eligible to register as a coach and receive their qualification until they turn 18.

Applicants may be self-funding, or part or whole funded by their clubs and/or through their County Sports Partnership (Coach Development Officer) and/or through England Fencing (Development Grants).
