As there were only 3 nominations for the post of Director there is no need for an election.
In accordance with Bye Law VI.6(a) & (b), therefore, the following have been deemed elected to the Board with effect from Monday 6th August, but will actually take office from the conclusion of the next AGM, which is to be held on the 29th September 2018.
