New structure for U20, U17 and U14 British Ranking Competitions from 2024-25 season onwards.
In addition to ‘A’ and ‘B’ BRC events, ‘C’ and ‘D’ BRC events will now be included within the competition structure for U20 (Junior), U17 (Cadet) and U14 age groups.
The purpose of the domestic competition structure is to:
British Ranking competitions (BRCs) must be registered and sanctioned through BF. If approved by BF, they will appear on the GBR Calendars.
The addition of C and D events means that existing competitions, such as series events and local events can now be included within the rankings for U20, U17 and U14 age groups.

There is no change to the Senior Ranking Event structure.

Only one A, B, or C British Ranking Competition (BRC) of the same weapon, age, and gender category can be held on the same calendar day.
As in previous seasons, BF will allocate B events to individual event organisers based on suitability and previous delivery performances. Organisers interested in running a B event should contact [email protected].
Community organisers are invited to express their interest in holding a ‘C’ or ‘D’ BRCs by completing the application form below:
