FENCER DISCUSSION EVENT: FRIDAY 9th AUGUST 2024

BF will be hosting the first of a series of Community Discussion Events for Fencers competing at the senior level..

These events aim to provide opportunities for fencers who compete in the Senior World Cup, Grand Prix, Satellite, and U23 events.

The event will assist in:

• Sharing views with the GBR Pathway Team and BF Board Directors
• Ask questions (e.g., about the selection policy, responsibilities, and funding).
• Discussing/proposing  ideas on how the fencer can be better supported

As part of these discussions, we would also like to identify how best to incorporate the fencer’s views going forward.

The invitation will be sent out via the Weapon Whatsapp group.

The first event is scheduled for Friday, August 9th, at 12:00 PM and 7:00 PM. Each session will last approximately one hour.
