The purpose of the BF Achievement Awards are to provide a pathway for skill development and building resilience and passion for fencing.
These type of programmes are really useful in sport. They not only develop motivation in participants but also act as a guide for coaches to support a participant’s ongoing journey and a way to measure and celebrate improvement.
The BF Achievement Awards have done just that; championing, not only technical skills, but also developing fencer’s self-efficacy and resilience.
Recognising the value they can bring to participants, parents, clubs and coaches; we would now like to get your thoughts and views on how they are being used within your settings. If you are not currently using the awards your feedback is still be very useful to us.
