Summary of consultation feedback from the member consultation on club affiliation
In July 2022, BF invited members to share their views on a new club affiliation proposal which would see members nominate a main ‘competition’ club for a season.
Feedback was received from 32 members.
The feedback from members and clubs was predominantly supportive with many recognising how this will strengthen club affiliation, help encourage inter club competitions, increase club control over affiliation and referee provision for events, support safeguarding efforts and ensure clubs remain insured.
