Is your club membership information up to date?

As more of us return to activity BF it is important that all our members up to date with the latest information in fencing. Please help us make sure we are reaching the right people by checking that all contact details on your club’s profile are up to date.

Membership Platform

All affiliated clubs on Sport80 have a club profile which can be accessed by the club admin through the platform here.

The profile allows you to manage your club’s various roles in one place.

  1. Once logged into your club’s profile page click ‘Memberships’ on the left hand menu.
  2. Then click the ‘Current’ bubble under the status column. This will open a pop up window.
  3. From here you should be able to select and edit the details from the list of tabs including; COVID-19 Officer, Welfare Officer and Club Admins (via the ‘Roles’ tab).
  4. Once updated simply click ‘Save’.

When adding or editing details please think carefully about the e-mail addresses used as these will be the ones that BF information is sent to.

 

COVID-19 & Welfare Officers

All BF affiliated clubs MUST assign a COVID-19 Officer and a Welfare Officer on the platform.

Club Risk Assessment – NEW

Clubs can now also add their Club’s Risk Assessment to their profile by selecting ‘Documents’ on the left hand menu on the club membership profile page and clicking ‘Add Document’ in the top right corner.
