Exeter University Fencing Club is looking for a coach starting September 2024.
Venue: University of Exeter, Stocker Rd, Exeter EX4 4PY
Times: Monday – Friday, between 8pm-10pm, for the 2024/25 academic year. May be required at occasional Saturday sessions from 10am-12pm.
Exeter University Fencing Club is a progressive fencing club suitable for students of all abilities: beginner, novice and experienced. Our club is the sport’s main representation at the university and we are looking for a qualified Level 2 (minimum) coach to join our club.
This person should be a good communicator and a confident coach who is able to run warm-ups, footwork sessions and private lessons. They should also be able to adapt to all abilities of fencing as they will be required to work with beginners and more experienced fencers. We welcome any qualified coaches from all three weapons.
Provisional Salary: £35.00/hour – this figure may however be subject to negotiation.
