COACH REQUIRED: LOUGHBOROUGH UNIVERSITY FENCING CLUB

Loughborough University Fencing Club is looking for a coach starting October 2024. 

Venue: Loughborough University, Epinal Way, LE11 3TU

Times: 2024/25 Academic year on Tuesdays from 7pm-10:30pm, with occasional Wednesday sessions between 1pm-4pm.

Loughborough Students Fencing Club is a club which welcomes students of all abilities, from beginners through to international level. They are looking for a coach who can help them competitively, as well as to continue a flow of beginner-novice fencers in their student body.

This person should be able to confidently lead warm-up and footwork exercises, as well as give 1-1 private lessons. They are a three weapon club, so they are looking for someone who is experienced in all three, and feels confident switching between them. They welcome anyone with a level 2 coaching qualification (minimum), with foil/epee preferred.

Salary: £30.00/hour, with a total of 90 hours throughout the year (subject to change).
