The Queen Mary University of London is seeking a British Fencing registered coach (Epee, Foil, and Sabre) to join their club.

Payment: £40-50 per hour (open to negotiations) usually 2 hours per week
Overview:
QMBL coaching is looking for a coach who has experience coaching and giving lessons to adults across all three weapons of Fencing (Sabre, Epee and Foil). This will take place during team training sessions on Saturdays 10 am – 2 pm but the coach is only needed for 2 hours, preferably from 10:30 am- 12:30 pm but this can be discussed further. This is held at Qmotion Sports Hall at the Mile End campus of Queen Mary University of London.
The club has one men’s and one women’s team that compete in BUCS events (Southeastern 1A League) with other universities. These students have been selected by their respective captains to represent the university. On Saturday training sessions, they are able to sign up for 20-minute coach lessons on a first come first serve basis. They discuss what specific technique they want to work with on the coach.
Commitment required:
Ability to commute to training venue: Qmotion Sport and Fitness Centre (15 Godward Square, Bethnal Green, London E1 4FZ)
Duration: 2h per training session
Training Session: at least once a month with more sessions leading to competitions and BUCS Individuals (February). This can be discussed further.
