A request for input from fencers past and present as the Commonwealth Fencing Federation move historic championship records online
The Commonwealth Fencing Federation (CFF) is currently working to create online versions of their historic championship records. In the process, they have discovered some missing information and are requesting that BF members and fencers help them to complete the data.
Peter Smith, from the CFF Technical Commission, says, “The move towards digital records will provide an easily accessible archive but there are some gaps. We hope that some people may recall information and invite them to correct the current data ahead of online publication.”
Please view the Google sheet here for current records from 1974-1986 and submit a correction in the ‘corrections’ column if you have information to add:
