The BF Office will close this year on Wednesday December 25th , reopening on Thursday January 2nd 2025.
During this time, the team will be out of contact, spending time with their families and preparing for the New Year. The contact forms below can still be used during this time, however, we ask that all enquiries are sent in with consideration for the break. A request received just before the break may be responded to in January.
Exceptions: Safeguarding reports will always be responded to appropriately. Genuine ‘urgent’ emergencies, (flagged as such on the contact form) will be triaged to a member of the team. Please consider carefully if your issue or request is genuinely ‘urgent’ and needs a team member to respond during their time off, or if it can wait for the return in January.

Contact Us by telephone
If you unable to use email, please telephone us on the main office number 020 8742 3032. We are a small team working from across the UK, and we may not always have staff available to answer your calls. When we are unable to answer your call we encourage you to leave a message. These messages will be dealt with in turn during office hours and forwarded to the teams best able to respond to you.
If there is only one person in the organisation that can help you can call them directly. Almost every member of the team will have a mobile number at the bottom of their email signature which you can use to contact them during working days/hours. When they are unavailable your call will be diverted to voicemail and you can leave a message. However, please note if that person is on leave, unwell or in meetings they may not be able to pick the message up in the time frame you are expecting.
We would really appreciate your help to make this process efficient and in that way allow us to support as many of our members as possible:
