The Deputy Chair of the Disciplinary and Grievance Panels is required to assist, support and deputise for The Chair of the Disciplinary and Grievance Panels (DGP Chair) who has overall responsibility for the appointment, conduct and functioning of the Disciplinary and Grievance Panels and Disciplinary and Grievance Tribunals, and for the review and updating as necessary of the Disciplinary and Grievance Codes.
