This page is a guide only. The page contains recommendations from either TMs, Referees or Parents from previous seasons. Venues or official hotels may change for the current season so we recommend that you check the reglement’s before confirming any travel arrangements and if you are booking hotels before the reglement is out we advise you may want to consider booking with free cancellation as it is not guaranteed that competition details will stay the same.

Venue
The competition is held in 2 venues. The best way to find these venues is the addresses for the car parks. There are 2 buildings between these 2 car parks where the competition is held. The weapons check the night before is generally held in the building next to Staufeneckstraße 66 and the weapons check the following morning is held in the building next to Talstraße 50:
Staufeneckstraße 66
73054 Eislingen/Fils, Germany
Talstraße 50
73054 Eislingen/Fils, Germany
Nearby Supermarket
Rewe (650m from venue and opposite Hotel Eichenhof)
Hotels
Hotel Eichenhof (300m from venue)
We recommend Hotel Eichenhof because it is a block and a half from the venue, has a supermarket across the street, and has a buffet dinner on Friday and Saturday night (you have to pre-book) during the competition which has worked well for the fencers.
Hotel Eislinger Tor (1.9km from venue)
Flights
Flights are available from London to Stuttgart Airport (43km from Heidenheim). We have had feedback that flights for Eislingen are expensive because the competition occurs during Christmas market season in Germany, meaning it’s almost best to book flights and hotels for this competition as early as hospital.
Transfers
There are official transfers arranged through the organisers. The transfers go to and from Stuttgart and to and from the venue and we have had good feedback from those that have used them in the past.
