Who we are?
Dream Fencing Academy enjoys introducing the Olympic sport of fencing to children in the London and South East area.
Dream Fencing is an ambitious fencing club that strives to be the best teaching fencing club in the UK, offering first-class and professionally coached fencing lessons for all ages. The club offers Epee, Sabre and Foil lessons for beginners and experienced fencers. The club provides high quality training for kids, offering fencing to more than 400 young fencers in UK.
The Role
Dream Fencing Academy are looking for a fencing coach with high performance sport wellbeing, who will engage with and develop our young fencers.
We are looking for an organised team player who can work collaboratively and efficiently to provide strategic direction, leadership, and management of the fencing programme at Dream Fencing Academy.
You must be able to organise and connect with a group of children so that they get the most out of your sessions in an enjoyable and safe environment.
Our coaches teach across the board, including group lessons and blade work as well as individual lessons for beginners and our more competitive fencers. All sessions must adhere to safety and welfare standards.
You should have a positive personality and will enjoy teaching children. You must be able to speak English well enough to talk to the children on a personal level and when teaching them fencing technique and terms.
