British Fencing is pleased to announce that Euan Deamer has just been awarded his  EFC C-grade . This was awarded after being observed across the last two seasons at EFC nominated competitions and is the first step towards being put forward to sit the FIE exam.

Euan has been a member of the Referee Pathway Program for two seasons and has regularly benefited from the referee seminars put on by British Fencing as part of this program.

On hearing the news Euan said “I am excited to be able to say that I have achieved my EFC C licence, enabling me to apply for my FIE refereeing exam. I would like to say a massive thank you to Nickie Bailey and all those who have helped me with tips, motivation, and continual guidance to ensure I perform to the best of my abilities at all times, both domestically and abroad!”
