BF is looking to recruit, support and train a dedicated Fencing Development Team to support the growth of fencing in the UK.
To support the growth of fencing across the UK and better connect clubs to local opportunities, BF is seeking passionate and enthusiastic people to become Fencing Developers and form a collaborative ‘Fencing Development Team.’
The team will be responsible for delivering a range of courses to develop and upskill new and existing participants in a range of workforce roles, across a range of settings from schools to clubs.
Fencing Developers can have a huge impact on the development of fencing in their local area and nationally, as well as earn an additional income.
The Fencing Development Team is open to anyone who has a passion for the impact fencing can have, and wish to pass on their knowledge, and expertise. Your current qualifications will determine what you can deliver, but we are equally keen to hear from people who can support our We Are Forging Futures programme and community projects as we are those that wish to deliver our Introduction to Coaching Fencing and Coaching Fencing Level 2 courses.
We would also like to hear from people, open to supporting wider workforce roles too.
