Bulk of team and support team head to Budapest
Today, most of the eleven-strong GB fencing squad are heading to Budapest, Hungary for the World Championships 2013. They are joined by their support team for the season finale which starts on Monday 5th August.
The first two days will see those outside the top 16 in the World in each weapon fight off to make the round of 64. Medal events begin on Wednesday 7th August when the FIE will begin broadcasting the Championships via their YouTube channel.
