Please can all fencers travelling on Junior trips provide accurate passport details on the fencing trips website. Incorrect names (eg badly spelt or nicknames) and incorrect passport details have already caused problems and can result in re-issuing of flight tickets. Please note that any charges arising from a fencer failing to provide accurate details will be passed directly to the fencer. Fencers are also responsible for ensuring up to date contact and personal details – to assist the staff, volunteers and Sport80 in administering trips.
We would ask for your help to ensure that we keep the administrative burden (and therefore costs) as low as possible.
