Two Senior International Events to Follow this Weekend

A total of eleven British fencers will take part in two World Cups in Poland and Belgium this weekend.  Sint-Niklaas is the final World Cup where points will count towards qualification in women’s team sabre.

Senior Men’s Sabre – Warsaw World Cup

Eight British fencers will line up for the individual event in Poland at the weekend.  The poules are due to start at 10.00 CET on Friday with the final scheduled for 17.00 CET on Saturday.  Crutchett, Deary, Honeybone and Miller will represent Great Britain in the team event on Sunday which starts at 10am CET.

Live results for the event have been advertised here and there is also live streaming.

Senior Women’s Sabre – Sint-Niklaas World Cup

Three British fencers will take part in the individual event in Belgium starting at 13.30 CET on Friday.  The final is scheduled for 15.30 on Saturday.  There is no British entry to the team event on Sunday.
