INTRODUCTION TO COACHING FENCING: 4 NEW COURSES ARE ANNOUNCED

London, South Yorkshire, Kent, and North Wales are now in the Coach Education calendar. Book today!

The 2024 Coach Education calendar got 4 new additions today:

With that, now members can choose from 9 Introduction to Coaching Fencing (ITCF) courses, in diverse locations. Check the full calendar here.

WHO IS ITCF FOR?

This is the initial step into your coaching career, whether you are seeking to coach professionally or volunteer to assist fellow fencers at your local club. Some experience with fencing is required, we recommend no less than 12 months. The minimum age to participate is 18 years, but 16 and 17-year-olds can attend, with a recommendation from their coach.

WHAT YOU WILL LEARN

In this 2-day course, you will learn how to prepare and conduct group sessions for beginners, with a focus on the how-to-coach skills, and on creating a welcoming environment for new participants.
