Due to time pressures Oliver Smith has resigned from the chair of RefCom. He will continue as a committee member.
As a temporary measure the Board has asked Graham Paul to take over the Chair of the committee until a permanent chair can be appointed following an open recruitment process.
The Board would like to express their thanks to Oliver for what he has achieved for refereeing in the UK.
