What do you like and dislike about BF’s communications? What content would you like to see more of? BF continues to seek responses to its 2020 communications survey to improve future messaging.
There is still time to contribute to the 2020 BF Communications Survey. BF Members and non-members are invited to contribute to this anonymous survey. It takes less than ten minutes and is designed to gather data and feedback on BF communication channels and content.
The survey will be used to improve and expand content across our audiences and help us ensure our messages are useful, entertaining and effective.
Thanks to those who have already completed the survey, we have been able to gather valuable feedback to help shape our future messaging and communications.
Early analysis is showing us the type of content we should be focusing on. We are also receiving some valuable and constructive feedback on how to improve our website.
