The Leon Paul Project (LPP) is seeking a full-time Sabre coach to join its existing High Performance coaching team.
From The Leon Paul Project:
Based at the Leon Paul Fencing Centre in North West London, the Sabre coach will work with the existing coaching team to deliver a comprehensive training programme for national and international Sabreurs. The coach will also work with Leon Paul Academy youth fencers, and in the LPP’s school programme, helping young fencers to develop to a standard where they can join the LPP programme.
The LPP is dedicated to delivering long–term world–class results, with daily training sessions, S&C, psychology and physiotherapy support. The Project was founded in 2021, and already has a large group of committed fencers competing at national and international level in their age groups.
The LPP is based at the world–class facilities of the Leon Paul Centre, with 24 permanent training pistes, an on–site gym, physio clinic, and dedicated coaches’ offices, as well as the Leon Paul Pro shop.

The LPP also includes an integrated Para–fencing programme, and therefore experience of wheelchair coaching is extremely desirable.
