Fighting Fit Fencing are looking for multiple coaches to join their growing team of outreach fencing providers. The current schools & outreach program is growing rapidly, and they need passionate staff who love fencing a much as they do to help promote and coach our sport within schools in and around London and the South East. The position allows for either a full or part time commitment to the company. Making this role a flexible and exciting way to introduce young people to our sport. Please note whilst qualified coaches are preferred for those with an existing knowledge of fencing and no teaching qualifications, full training will be provided. Applicants that wish to pursue full time training/studies/other commitments may note the role will be predominately for breakfast and after school club sessions, leaving the bulk of the day free. However, they are also able to offer full time positions to the perfect candidates that are able to commit to a full time position. Applicants with their own vehicle will be given an additional car allowance if they use their car for delivery and collection of our kit for each session. For those without a car that hold a clean driving licence a car could be provided if required.

Candidates seeking a full time position: a full PAYE scheme will be offered including pension, holiday pay and SSP.

Part time positions will be given a Self-employed contract on a per term basis.

Additional bonuses for all levels of candidate for in house club recruitment, competition entry and a range of incentives on a per-child basis are also available.
