The roles will provide new resources across a number of areas in BF, building on and creating opportunities for people and communities to get involved with fencing, particularly those from under-represented groups.
Participation Director, Virginia Bailey said, “These roles signal a really exciting time for BF. We’re looking forward to supporting the community in providing more opportunities for disabled people to get involved in the sport, from grassroots through to the performance pathway. We are also excited to be able to have the chance to grow opportunities with partners such as London Youth and other national youth organisations, to engage more young people in fencing, who due to the inequalities that exist in sport and society, haven’t been able to experience this wonderful sport.”

Application deadlines for all three posts is midnight Sunday 14th August.
