BF seeks a Project Manager to deliver Muslim Girls Fence and develop our partnership with London Youth and our work across the youth sector. Closing date midnight Sunday 18th July 2021.
Playing a leading role at BF, the Projects and Programmes Manager – Community, will manage and develop two important areas of work for BF; Muslim Girls Fence and our partnership with Maslaha, as well as our partnership with London Youth and the growth of our work in the youth sector. As BF develop their new Fencing for Social Change strategy, the PPM will work with the Head of Participation to grow opportunities in this space, maximising the wider benefits of fencing and the positive impact it can have on people’s lives. The PPM will have lived experience of working with women in Muslim communities and have a deep understanding of the challenges affecting their day to day lives. They will also have a keen desire to use fencing in a way that will positively impact young people’s lives.
