We Are Forging Futures, in association with British Fencing, has launched its WOW Fencing Experience Day, offering schools and organisations a taste of what it’s like on our partner journey.
We Are Forging Futures, launched in 2022, is BF’s visual identity representing our work in the educational sector. Harnessing the exciting and dynamic world of fencing – from the myths and legends of swordplay to the real-world sport of today – We Are Forging Futures is a comprehensive programme of inclusive, engaging and immersive learning experiences designed for 4-14 year-olds. As well as introducing more young people to fencing, We Are Forging Futures helps them to unlock a personal development journey, enabling them to evolve into confident and resilient adults.
Now, We Are Forging Futures has launched its WOW Fencing Experience Day. Schools and organisations can take part in a one-day taster session, allowing them to see what’s offered as part of the We Are Forging Futures partner journey. The day is entirely tailored around participants’ needs and can be used in both educational and workplace environments. It is suitable for a variety of purposes, including assemblies, sports days, team-building days, charity or promotional events, and community outreach campaigns.
All sessions are delivered by a We Are Forging Futures-accredited coach, and can be offered to a variety of group sizes up to 30 people. The day is ideal for all ages, including young adults or older.
Plus, schools and organisations who have a WOW Fencing Experience Day will receive a discount when signing up as a We Are Forging Futures partner (within three months of the Fencing Day).
