TEAM MANAGER TRAINING

Domestic Team Manager Training  is BF’s training course designed to introduce coaches and volunteers to the role of a BF domestic or club level Team Manager. It is an interactive course that will  help develop the necessary skills and qualities of a BF Team Manager at club or domestic level.

Who is the course for

Mandatory for Team Managers

Useful for:

• Coaches
• Volunteers travelling with a club squad especially those that require an overnight night.

This course aims to:

• The discuss and describe the roles of responsibilities of a domestic or club level TM
• Introduce and understand the purpose of the use of Risk Assessments
• develop and understand the skills and qualities required to become a domestic or club level TM
• Ensure an awareness around current safeguarding best practice and policies

Entry Level requirements:

• 18 years of age and above
• Must hold valid BF membership
• Must have attended or be attending the BF En Guard Ready, CPSU Time to Listen and UK Coaching Safeguarding courses
• Should hold or have applied for a valid enhanced DBS certificate
